- Constructed from durable, weather-resistant Hermann Oak russet harness leather, this breast collar has a simple, basic style with a burgundy latigo leather liner. Features a center ring with leather backer, an adjustable center strap and a tie down dee. Width tapers from 1-3/4″ to 1-1/4″. Durable nickel plated hardware (except snap is solid brass). Horse size.
